PARENT ACTIVITY LIAISON

The Booster Club asks each activity to identify at least 2 parent liaisons to represent their activity,​ 1 upperclassman and 1 underclassman. At least one liaison should attend each Booster Club meeting. Regular representation at meetings is a requirement in our bylaws to be eligible to receive funds from the Booster Club. Liaisons are key to sharing information between the Booster Club, coaches, directors, and parents in each activity. 

PARENT ACTIVITY LIAISON RESPONSIBILITIES:



• Be a paid registered member of Booster Club 
• Attend monthly meetings
• Provide activity reports and announcements from the coach or activity leader that you represent
• Solicit volunteers from the parent support base of each activity
• Inform your sport/activity parents of information learned from booster club meetings
• Promote WHS and the WHS Booster Club
• Be an example for exemplary school spirit and good sportsmanship
